Awake to the sounds of the African bush, this morning you will embark on an early morning game drive where you can experience a beautiful sunrise in the wild. This reserve is home to the Big 5, as well as a huge variety of other game such as various antelope (buck species), giraffe, hyena, hippo, cheetah, wild dog, baboons, monkeys and much more. There is also an abundance of bird life to be enjoyed.

Return to your lodge in the late morning to enjoy a hearty brunch. After brunch you may take an optional guided walking safari, where you will learn a lot more about tracking animals, their spoor, the vegetation and ecology of the area. A chance to get closer to nature and a wildlife experience very different to the game drives. Alternatively you may decide to relax in your lovely chalet and read a good book.

Later in the afternoon you will embark on your second evening game drive through the reserve. Once it gets dark your ranger will use a powerful spotlight to seek out the nocturnal animals.
