Meet the team
I travelled extensively for three years after graduating. My travel experiences in Europe definitely piqued my interest in the travel industry. Upon returning to South Africa, I had the wonderful opportunity to join Albatros Travel, as the Financial Manager. I thoroughly enjoy working at Albatros Travel and it gives me great pleasure to be part of the Albatros Family.
The coastline, wildlife, the people – we love the multi-cultural diversity of experiences South Africa has to offer – and we are thrilled about every opportunity to explore the hidden gems of our country.
I was born in Cape Town and have travelled all over South Africa, with visits to the neighbouring countries, e.g. Swaziland, Namibia, Zambia and Malawi.
Southern Africa has so much to offer to our visitors, from different cultures, beaches, mountains, wildlife, vast open space, food & wine, etc. I’m passionate about what I do and love putting together a holiday which was always a dream, and now has become an awesome reality. Receiving great feedback from our clients and who are looking to book their next holiday through Albatros Travel, always puts a huge smile on my face.
Before coming to South Africa in 2007, I lived and worked in Germany, Denmark and USA.
What I enjoy most about the Travel industry is the opportunity to connect with people from around the globe and to explore new travel destinations.
At Albatros, I am responsible to manage and further grow our product portfolio for our international guests.
In my free time, I love being out in nature: weather it is walk on the beach, yoga at sunrise or exploring the beautiful scenery of the winelands, South Africa has so much to offer for nature lovers. When on safari, I enjoy watching baby elephants playing and stargazing.
I am a vibrant, friendly and very meticulous person who loves the outdoors and nature. I have a passion for people, learning and experiencing different cultures and languages as well as sustainable and responsible travel. Currently pursuing my Master’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality, I thrive on knowing that I can offer clients the best of Southern Africa through the education I have acquired as well as travel experiences I have had around this beautiful part of the world. For me, excellence is not a goal but rather a standard which I apply in all I do as such clients rest assured that they are in safe hands when they travel with us!
I am 24 years old, married, with 2 wonderful children.
I have been in the travel industry for 6 years and love the Indian travel market.
I still believe traveling is such an important thing to do. By going out and exploring the world, we get to see and experience all the wonderful variety around the world. Being able to experience new places and cultures makes travel so rewarding and enjoyable, and it also can be quite educational.

I started my tourism career in 2002 and have not looked back since. I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to visit many destinations, experienced games drive in different reserves, charter hops between the lodges in the Okavango Delta, Mokoro excursions, Boat and Bushwalking Safaris.
I am yet to experience the migration of over a million wildebeest, gazelles and zebra in the Serengeti as well as chimpanzee and gorilla trekking – but it’s on my list!
I am born and raised Capetonian and love the city I live in. I started in travel industry 4 years ago after completing my National Diploma in Tourism Management at CPUT. I love to travel and meet different people and learn about their culture.
I have a passion for creating spectacular itineraries and hearing amazing feedback once guests have travelled.
I enjoy working with and meeting people from different backgrounds and ethnicities. I enjoy travelling and experiencing rare and unique customs and traditions the world has to offer.
Working at Albatros is truly, very satisfying – I love going the extra mile and help clients experience their dream holiday destination to the fullest.
I have traveled broadly in and around South Africa, and my best holiday destination is undoubtedly camping at the seaside with family. I still enjoy doing all the tourist activities Cape Town has to offer. Driving alongside the coastline on a summer’s day is absolutely blissful.

She love nature’s offerings and will spend as much time as possible enjoying the precious gifts of life. She enjoys trail walking and pushing herself to the limit in all aspects and loves meeting new people and spending time with her family of which she has two beautiful children.
Her dream destination is definitely the hidden wonders of the world in which she is discovering on her destinations through Albatros, and one day it would be her dream to travel to Croatia. Her life quote to the world would be: “Those who have the ability to be grateful are the ones who have the ability to achieve greatness.
With nearly 15 years of experience in the Travel industry, I still get great satisfaction doing my day job. I have worked with many lovely, interesting people and have traveled to Malaysia many times. I have toured extensively locally and even though I have not traveled the world, I feel Cape Town (my home) is the absolute best place to be. We have beautiful weather even in winter, spectacular beaches and so many, many other places to see. We have awesome cultural diversity which lets you enjoy many varied entertainments, like the ”Kaapse Klopse” singing during New year’s eve, or Cape Town Jazz Festival, and many more.
Born and bred in a small town in the middle of the Northern Cape; the love of South Africa is forever in my blood. We have a saying that once the sand of the Kalahari is in your shoes you will never get rid of it and nothing can be truer. You will fall in love with this beautiful country as soon as you step off the airplane and you will want to come back year after year.

When I was young, I always had a passion for travel. Even if it was a trip to the nearby beach on a hot summer’s day. I loved every bit of experience travel could offer me. Until I turned 18 and had an opportunity to travel overseas to Cambodia, Scotland, England and even lived in the USA for a couple of years. I witnessed how many people lived a different life that I did as I grew up in the heart of Cape Town. Since then I decided to make a career out of what I love. Assisting people to experience their dream and tick off another accomplishment from their bucket list. Today I am part of a team that assist people to experience our country at its best.
Growing up in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, it was inevitable for me to develop a passion for the tourism industry. My number-crunching career started with some of the biggest tour operators in Victoria Falls back in the late nineties. I have traveled extensively in Southern Africa, Mauritius, and England. The biggest highlight was my honeymoon which was a combination of Victoria Falls, Chobe National Park, Okavango Delta, and Mauritius.
